The School of Public Affairs (SPA) will host Ph.D. Admitted Student Day that offers a full day on campus on Thursday, March 24, 2022; 10:00am-5:00pm (EST) with a social reception to follow. SPA's Ph.D. Admitted Student Day offers Fall 2022 admitted doctoral students an opportunity to engage with SPA faculty, meet their peer network, as well as experience the beautiful American University (AU) campus and the excitement of Washington, D.C.
The SPA Ph.D. Admitted Student Day offers a robust agenda that will include curriculum review and orientation with faculty and current doctoral students. The Ph.D. Admitted Student Day will culminate with an early evening, social reception.
All Fall 2022 admitted Ph.D. students to SPA are invited to attend. More details including a detailed itinerary and logistics will be offered to students closer to the event.
