Description:
A campus visit is likely the best way to learn more about our program. You will have the opportunity to see the university campus and the Kogod School of Business facilities, as well as observe our faculty and students in a live classroom environment. A current student ambassador will bring you to class with them and afterwards treat you to coffee to share their experience as a Kogod student and answer any questions you have.
This course integrates knowledge of functional areas to formulate and implement strategy in ways that enhance organizational performance. It emphasizes critical thinking by applying frameworks in the analysis and evaluation of organizational decision making. The course places students in real world situations using various tools such as case studies, simulations, and consulting projects.
