The School of Public Affairs (SPA) will host Ph.D. Admitted Student Day on Thursday, March 21, 2024; 10:00am-5:00pm (ET). The event offers a full day on-campus and prioritizes engagement with faculty, current students, and program administrators.
SPA's Ph.D. Admitted Student Day offers Fall 2024 admitted students an opportunity to engage with SPA faculty, meet their peer network, as well as experience the beautiful American University (AU) campus and the excitement of Washington, D.C. The SPA Ph.D. Admitted Student Day offers a robust agenda that will include curriculum review, an orientation with faculty as well as current doctoral students, and campus tour. The Ph.D. Admitted Student Day will culminate with an early evening, social reception.
All Fall 2024 admitted Ph.D. students to SPA will be extended an invitation. More details including a detailed itinerary and logistics will be offered to students closer to the event.
